Fantastic continental breakfast!

Charming atmosphere with breathtaking views around.

I was extremely frustrated by the barely manageable access to the property. The steep uphill walk from Assisi centro was unbearable, especially with heavy luggage. Check-in times were maddeningly limited, and the absence of staff at the desk only added to the chaos of my arrival.

The bnb is very clean and beautiful! It has parking just outside, which is impossible in the historical center of Assisi. The view from our room overlooking the basilica was just beautiful! The breakfast is lovely. Best of all is the staff, who are friendly and helpful, and really make the stay there very nice.

Limited check-in times may cause arrival issues for those with tighter schedules.

The staff was genuinely warm and made my stay comfortable. However, reaching the property was a challenge due to the steep hill from the town center, especially with heavy luggage. Parking was available right outside, which was a big plus, given the location. The room was spacious and very clean, with a comfortable mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. Housekeeping was attentive, always keeping my room tidy. While the location was beautiful, the limited check-in times made arrival tricky, as I had to be cautious of my schedule. Despite these minor inconveniences, the beautiful surroundings and the charm of the place made it worthwhile.

Clara, our hostess, was incredibly welcoming and made breakfast feel like a special occasion with her homemade offerings. The location provided easy access to both the Basilica di Santa Maria degli Angeli and the town center, although carrying heavy luggage on foot could be challenging. Overall, it was an unforgettable stay!
